Certification and Training

The LPQualified (LPQ) and LPCertified (LPC) are academic accredited.

Take your certification to any of the below universities and gain college credit, leading towards a degree!

American Public University/American Military University

The Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF) has partnered with American Public University System (APUS), the accredited institution comprised of American Public University (APU) and American Military University (AMU), to jointly support the educational and career development goals of LPF members.

APUS offers flexible, affordable and career-relevant online courses, certificates and degree programs to help equip students for roles in retail management, retail asset protection and cybersecurity; together with LPF, we developed a specific undergraduate degree concentration in Retail Loss Prevention. Whether you choose APU or AMU, we know you set the bar high and are looking for a university that is equally invested in your success.

As a strategic partner, APUS is proud to offer the following benefits to LPF members:

  • 5% Tuition Grant (starting May 1st 2015)
  • Transfer Credit Evaluation fee waiver ($50 savings)
  • Up to 3 college credit hours for LPQ and LPC Certifications
