EXAM
The exam is composed of 100 multiple choice questions which was developed by the exam committee and is based on the LPQ content and the above outlines. It will be offered on a regular basis at select locations throughout the Us & Canada. All exams will be offered in a computer based format and will be proctored.

The terms listed below apply to all sections of the LPF Payment Plans
By enrolling in a LPF Payment Plan,
I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I am responsible for paying each of the three or six installments on time even if I do not receive a reminder notice.
- Payment in full for each installment must be received by the payment deadline to avoid a $50 late payment charge.
- One missed payment will result in cancellation of the plan. The remaining unpaid balance will be due immediately and services will be subject to cancellation for non-payment.
- Should it become necessary for LPF to retain an attorney or collection agency to secure payment of any amount due, I will be responsible for all collection costs and legal fees.
- Since we are not for profit, we cannot be as flexible as some for profit organizations with refunds or payment cancellations. Enrolling in a payment plan is a benefit that few offer and you are agreeing to make all of the payments.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation or stopping your payments.

- Applicants can request license extensions and may be granted extensions if they fall into the following categories;
- Military deployment
- Medical/Accident
- Hardship situations
- LPF reserves the exclusive discretionary right to reject any request for extension.
- Job change will not be a situation qualifying for an extension
