The exam will be composed of 200 multiple choice questions and will be offered on a regular basis and select locations throughout the country. All exams will be offered in a computer based format and will be proctored. PRICING: Course and exam costs may* be deductible on your personal income taxes if they can be classified as an non-reimbursed job expense. The LPCertified coursework -$795 * The LPCertified exam - $300 (USD)* The terms listed below apply to all sections of the LPF Payment Plans By enrolling in a LPF Payment Plan, I agree to the following terms and conditions: I am responsible for paying each of the three or six installments on time even if I do not receive a reminder notice. Payment in full for each installment must be received by the payment deadline to avoid a $50 late payment charge. One missed payment will result in cancellation of the plan. The remaining unpaid balance will be due immediately and services will be subject to cancellation for non-payment. Should it become necessary for LPF to retain an attorney or collection agency to secure payment of any amount due, I will be responsible for all collection costs and legal fees.
