Professional Scholarships

The second type of scholarship offered by the Loss Prevention Foundation will be distributed to non-students.  For this program, the Foundation will allocate the same number of certifications to all organizations that meet the Foundation’s criteria as a deserving organization.  Once the Foundation allocates the certifications to the organization, that organization would be responsible for developing the criteria for awarding the scholarships and determining whom they will be awarded to.  The Foundation will reserve the right to audit the organizations’ processes and retract the scholarships if improper actions are being taken. 

• Scholarships will first be awarded to Universities that participate in the LPF Academic Committee.

• Scholarships to other related industry organizations
  • Trade Associations (FMI, NRF, RILA, NFSSC)

• IOBSE

• Scholarships to industry related charities
  • Missing and Exploited children- Annual NRF Fund Raiser

• Scholarships from Vector Security
